AMV Systems and sister company AirconMech strode it out at lunchtime today to promote the importance of wellness in the workplace. Today is the national wellness at work day,  #workwell17, where businesses around Ireland were encouraged to get active at lunchtime on the 31st March by either walking, running or cycling a mile. In support of this intiaitive we were delighted to organise our own lunctime walk.

With a couple of runners leading the way,  the rest of the team  followed speedily behind them.  We returned to the office refreshed and rearing to go with promises of lots more lunchtime walks. Well done everyone!!
